Joy and Satisfaction

I am most proud of being a communication mentor because I now have a chance to help the people I support learn or to teach me different ways of communication.

My biggest challenge is that I would like for and try to get others to assume competency in those whom I support.

The one important experience I would like to share is the joy and satisfaction on the face of a gentleman I support when some of his communication needs were met.
