Facilitating the Fire in My Belly

I came in to this course after attending the (’08) Harrisburg Communication Conclave.  My agency was not prepared to send anyone to the course, but after attending the Conclave I felt compelled that we needed to pursue this course – 2 weeks later I attended the first class … and wow … I was hooked!  I already knew that I had that “Fire in my Belly” and this course would assist me in facilitating it across SharpVisions.  As Training and Compliance Manager I work with everyone supported by SharpVisions as well as all Direct Care and Administrative Staff.  It is now my goal to let all residents’ voices be heard.  With each training I conduct and with every team meeting I attend, I pass on the knowledge and acceptance that I have learned, as well as what I have discovered within myself.
