Slowly, but Surely

I was asked to attend the Communication Mentor’s Course by my supervisor, but clueless as to what it was all about.  After attending and “graduating”, this had always been what I was trying to “communicate” but didn’t know how.  Taking it back to the individuals that I worked with, I was able to “communicate” to them (the staff) the messages that were being given through behaviors by the individuals.  Staff are getting the messages slowly, but surely, and now one individual at least, does not need to scream endlessly to pursue his passions.
