(Why do I do this?)  Passion…too many people have no say in their own lives…strive to put myself out of work because everyone has found their voice

(How have I changed?)  Working with staff…more “Diplomatic”…not always “Firey”…I learned to occasionally play the comforter

(What am I most proud of?) People see me as a go to person…they trust my judgment

(What is my biggest challenge?)  Faith in my own skills

(What is the one experience you would share with someone who is thinking of becoming a Communication Mentor?)  Comraderie...Bond
