Everyone Communicates!

I joined the 2nd Communication Mentors’ Course in Northumberland County in 2003.  I was so entrenched in the medical model of thinking in terms of terminology, diagnoses, and, yes, perceived stereotypes, that I just could not imagine how communication supports would be possible.  Boy, was I wrong!  I am proud to say I have been reformed… I’ve seen and continue to see possibility, change, passion, growth… you name it!  Forget what you think you may know… Embrace the idea of possibility!  The Communication Mentors’ Course has been a life altering experience.  The folks I’ve been able to work with and to support continue to be our best teachers – “EVERYONE COMMUNICATES”!
